To continue accessing the latest features — and to ensure a secure, seamless connection between JETNET Evolution and Salesforce — all customers must upgrade to the newest version of the JETNET for Salesforce (JSA) plugin.
This update requires action from your Salesforce Admin.
Step 1: Install the Latest JSA Plugin (Salesforce Admin Only)
Log in to your Salesforce org with Admin permissions.

Step 2: Ensure Matching Login Credentials (All Users)
This step is critical.
All users of the JSA Plugin and JETNET Evolution must use the same username and password across both platforms. This ensures a single, unified sign-in.
To begin, please follow these steps:
Add the JETNET Security Credentials tab (if it’s not already visible, add it to your navigation bar).
Open the new tab.
Locate and click on the JETNET Security Credentials tab.Delete any existing credentials.
Select your current credentials and click Delete.-
Enter new credentials:
Email (your JETNET Evolution username)
Password (your current JETNET Evolution password)
