What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small data files that websites store on your browser to remember your preferences, login details, and other personalized settings. For JETNET, these cookies help enhance your experience by keeping track of your search settings, login status, and other customized features. This allows you to perform searches and access data more efficiently without needing to reconfigure your preferences each time you use the tool.
When to Clear Cookies
While cookies are generally beneficial, they can sometimes lead to issues. You might experience incorrect search results, missing information, or login problems. These types of issues can happen on any site you visit and are often caused by outdated or corrupted cookies. If you see these issues in JETNET Evolution, clearing the specific JETNET cookies can reset your connection and resolve these problems, allowing you to get back to accurate searches and seamless access to the database.
