If you're experiencing unexpected/frequent logouts, session interruptions, or login verification prompts, one of the following common causes is likely responsible.
Multiple Active Logins
JETNET allows only one active session per login at a time. Opening JETNET in a new device while already logged in will trigger a message indicating you're already signed in. You'll be given the option to end the existing session and continue, but doing so will log out the original session.
This can occur when:
- Logging in from more than one device or location.
- Sharing your login credentials with another user.
Login Verification Codes
If you're being prompted for a verification code at login, the system may have detected multiple login attempts within a short period from locations that appear geographically distant. This can also be triggered by switching between a VPN and a standard connection.
Unexpected verification code prompts can also indicate that your login credentials have been compromised. If you receive a verification code you didn't initiate, we recommend updating your password immediately.
Microsoft Edge Users: Session Timeout
Microsoft Edge can put inactive tabs to sleep, which may interfere with JETNET's ability to maintain an active session.
How to Resolve
- In Microsoft Edge, go to Settings
- Select System and performance
- Locate Always keep these sites active and add the following sites:
- Close and reopen Edge and log back in to Evolution
Safari Users: iCloud Private Relay
If you use Safari on an Apple device and subscribe to iCloud+, you may have iCloud Private Relay enabled. This privacy feature masks your real IP address and routes traffic through Apple's servers, which causes your IP address to change frequently, sometimes mid-session.
JETNET uses your IP address as part of how it identifies and maintains your active session. When Private Relay changes your IP, JETNET treats it as a new or unrecognized connection and requires you to log in again as a security measure.
How to Resolve
Option 1 — Switch to Chrome for JETNET access
iCloud Private Relay only affects Safari. Using Chrome will keep your IP stable and your sessions uninterrupted. JETNET is also better supported in Chrome.
Option 2 — Disable iCloud Private Relay
Go to Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → select iCloud → tap Private Relay and turn it off.
