Why Am I Being Asked for a Verification Code When Logging In?

To protect your account, JETNET may occasionally prompt you with a Login Challenge and send a verification code to your email.

 

This is an added layer of security to help prevent unauthorized access. You might see this challenge when:

  • You log in from two locations that are far apart within a short period of time.

  • You switch between a VPN (like your office network) and a standard connection, which can make it appear you're logging in from multiple places.

In either case, the system triggers a verification step to confirm that it’s really you.

You’ll receive an email from customerservice@jetnet.com with a 6-digit code, which is valid for 5 minutes.

This extra step helps keep your account secure.
